Phone Number

Phone Number fields are used to enter phone or mobile numbers. For this type of field you can have a predefined format by defining an input mask. An example of a pattern can be (999) 999 – 9999.

Select Boxes

Select Boxes fields allow users to check or uncheck multiple options. Select Box fields are used to collect data over one or different subjects by checking or unchecking the small squared boxes. Select boxes can have default values preset.

Radio

Radio buttons fields Radio allow users to select only one option over a variety of options. A Radio button cannot be unchecked. Radio buttons can have a default value preset.

Select

Select fields are dropdown fields holding a list of options from which you can make a selection. Select fields can have a default value and you can enable search so users can search to make the selection easier. Select fields can have a default value preset.

Time

Button

Button fields are used to submit the form data and can be customised size, text and icons.

If checked, Show Error Summary option will show a summary of errors if the form fails to submit. An example is not filling required fields.

GDPR Agreement

This field contains the appropriate text and a checkbox that need to be checked by the user filling the form. This is the proof of consent the user gives you to process their information.
